How to customize email alerts that are already set up?

To access the list of email alerts, click on the 'Alerts' option located in the left menu and select 'Manage' from the dropdown list.

Here, you can find a list of all notifications set up from the portal. You can view the alert's name, from which profile it is being generated, the delivery schedule, notification template, how many recipients it is sent to, and when it was last sent.

You can also activate and deactivate ClariInsight. Additionally, you can deactivate an alert temporarily, for example, while you are away on vacation, and activate it again later.

Lastly, you can view delivery logs, duplicate an alert if you want to create a similar one to an already existing one, and edit or delete an alert.

By clicking on 'Edit', you can change the alert's name, profiles used, delivery schedule, recipients, and alert formatting. You can also change the Clari prompt.
