How to use filters?

How to find articles mentioning a specific word? How to filter search results based on criteria such as date, location, sentiment, etc.?

Customizing filters:

To tailor your results, click on the "Filter Options" button located at the end of the search bar.

  1. Upon clicking "Filter Options," the active profile window will appear.
  2. Choose specific accounts from which articles will be collected.
  3. Specify whether articles should be classified by publication date or the date on which they were added to the portal.
  4. Select tags, sources, medium types, source categories, authors, languages, and countries to narrow down search results.
  5. Filter articles based on sentiment (positive, negative, neutral) and set minimum and maximum reach values.
  6. On the right, there are three windows where you can write phrases that need to be included specifically in the headline or in the article as a whole. You can also exclude certain phrases. Please note that the search engine supports both Boolean Search and semantic search. (How to use text filters?)
  7. After customizing the search options, click "Apply"
  8. Optionally, save the configured filter settings as a profile for future use by clicking on "Save to my profiles"
