A quick guide to logging in and recovering your password

How to Log in to the platform?

1. Open your web browser and navigate to the portal address: https://app.ruepoint.com.
2. On the login screen, you will find text boxes for entering your username and password. Input your credentials in the respective fields.
3. You can also use your existing Google or Microsoft account to log in without a password.
4. If you forget your password, click on the "Forgotten password" link.
   
   

How to reset your password?

1. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link below the password window.
2. Confirm your email address.
   
3. You will receive a reset password email (remeber to check the SPAM folder). Click on the reset password link provided in the email.
4. Enter a new password and confirm it.
   
5. Click the "Update password" button.
6. Login using the new password.
