What is Clipbook? How to add articles to the Clipbook? How to access and manage your collections?
A clipbook serves as a virtual repository where users can curate and organize selected articles.
Adding articles to Clipbook
Clicking the square button adds the article to the current Clipbook collection. Users can also click on "Select all results" above the article list to add all articles available in the current filter.
The number next to the clipbook icon shows the current number of articles selected.
Applying articles filter.
To view only selected articles, users need to click on the Clipbbok icon and select "Apply articles filter". The Clipbook icon will highlight orange to indicate that only selected articles are visible. The view the whole article list, click on the icon and select "Remove articles filter"
Saving to collection
Once the selection is complete, articles can be saved as a collection by clicking on the clipbook icon and choosing "Save to collection". Users can either add articles to an existing collection or create a new one.
Collections can be managed in the Collection view accessible from the toolbar on the left.
Managing Collections
Users can add articles from saved collections to the current clipbook. To do so, click on Collections, then Manage, and choose the collection you want to add to the clipboard. Click "+Add selected to clipbook".
This feature can be utilized, for example, when creating weekly reports by adding "Monday collection", "Tuesday collection", etc.
Tags Management
Users can add or remove tags from the articles in the clipbook. After clicking on the Clipbook icon, select "Manage tags". In the pop-up, users can select existing tags or create new ones to add to articles. Multiple tags can be selected and added. The same window can be used to remove existing tags from articles in the clipbook.
Resetting the clipbook
To remove all articles from the clipbook, click on the Clipbook icon and select "Clear all". Confirm that you want to remove all selected articles.
